Help🤔🙄

Hey guys so my period was three days late and when I started it was the worst...horrible cramps (I hardly cramp) but I was doubled over from the pain and I had the heaviest flow I’ve ever had. (Usually have medium/light the whole period) but after one day of horrible cramps and heavy flow that was it. Literally it was one day usually my periods are three days long. Four days pass and I’m spotting light pink and brown. Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex (pull out method) a few times before I started. This is normal tho right?
