Birthing Ball
Hello Mamas!
I am interested in getting a birthing ball. Are any of you ladies planning to use one during labor? Also, any reccommendations for ones to buy? Do any of them come with instructional videos with helpful positions to use during labor?
Finally, does anybody have any experiences they'd like to share in regards to using a squat bar or birthing stool during labor? I'm interested in staying active and moving around during the whole process, but I want to practice the positions in advance, otherwise I will have no clue what to do! Lol Any advice would be helpful.
