Healthy habbits!
on CD4 booo! I'm trying to do things differently this month, health wise I mean. Trying my best to cut out my beloved coffee and chocolate and drink water and fruit juices instead.. exercise but also trying to find time to relax! I don't drink alcohol or smoke and I don't particually have a bad diet but I have started taking prenatal vitamins to make sure i'm getting everything I need ☺️ you ladies got any other tips or have you started doing anything differently yourselves?
