How to leave work before disability

I have been struggling at my job since I got pregnant not because I'm tired but the people I work for are really nasty and treat me terribly. I have sucked it up but I am 36 weeks and now the department of labor is doing an investigation my bosses have accused me and have made my stress level go through the roof and i have anxiety the whole day. How can I convince my Dr to allow me to stay home for the next week till my disability starts at 38 weeks. I feel like I'm going to have a heat attack
