I love reading and hearing peoples birth stories. I’ve been looking into Hypnobirthing and absolutely love the idea of it but unfortunately there are no birthing classes around me that are anything but general. I was wondering if any of you ladies have done hypnobirthing with your pregnancy and labor and would want to share? I would LOVE to read your stories.
