TMI period or implantation bleeding

So Monday I started what I thought was my period I had no cramps which is weird cause I have the worst cramps on my period. My periods are always heavy I bleed from front to back on pads. but for some reason this period has been like this since Monday. I normally have to change my pad every time I go to the bathroom but these past 3 days I have used way less pads. I don't know if it's a period or if I could be implantation bleeding. I never have this color period it's always dark red and heavy. please help me am I pmsing or is this implantion bleeding. please help
