Very early symptoms... Are they real?

Okay, so I'm about 2-3 DPO (not sure bc of the timing). I started feeling a tiny pain in my lower abdomen, as if I was ovulating almost, and it's turned into almost slight cramping, like AF is coming, but not as strong. My boobs are swollen and my nipples are extremely sore. I know it's too soon to feel pregnancy symptoms, but has anyone had the same and been pregnant? I've only been TTC for 4 months, so I'm still kinda new to it all. Any input would be great!!
