Feeding schedule with solids incorporated

Jacqueline • Wife. Dog mom. Real mom. April '16 baby boy. Sept '17 baby girl.

I have a two-year-old so you would think that this would be fresh in my head, but it’s not because “Mom brain” is for real lol.

My daughter is 7 1/2 months old and we have already had her on solids for quite some time now. They’ve mostly been purées, bananas and puffs....just simple stuff like that. Mashed potatoes, avocado....you get the point lol.

However, I can’t remember for the life of me what our feeding schedule was with my son while I was trying to transition him off of how many bottles he got per day! Basically what we’re doing right now is in between every bottle we give her a little bit of solids. (Like a few tablespoons as a portion. Not an entire packet or jar.) I’m curious to see what everyone is doing and what their schedule looks like and what they’re starting to feed their kids. My son loved baby led weaning. So we will probably start doing that with our daughter and introducing new foods to her as well. Her schedule looks like this at the moment:

7am: bottle

8:30: solids

10am: bottle

Naps till 1 (most days)

1pm: bottle

2:30p: solids

Power nap from 3ish-4

4pm: bottle

5:30: solids

7pm: bottle and bed time.

Just curious to see what everyone else is doing and maybe I can use some of your input and ideas!!!

Thanks!
