Before or After?
So like I'm natural (4a/4b/4c all over my dang on head) and I haven't blow dried my hair in ages and even now I'm doing it on a high-cool setting, but should I put my mousturizer in before or after I dry my hair? (Btw I'm doing this for stretching and managability purposes if that helps with the answer).
