Reflux babies

Any moms that have or had a baby with reflux? What do/did you do to help or what helped? Anything you can recommend? My son has been on Nexium for 2 weeks and it’s not helping. He’s now spitting up after every feed and pretty much all of what he eats. I moved his one month check up to tomorrow (he is a month old already) because I need to do something. He has an appointment with a GI specialist but I’m afraid of them putting him through all this crazy testing if it’s just a trial and error type of thing. His doctor has not recommended changing his formula yet and I’m willing to try anything. The screaming fits are terrible and I hate seeing him in pain!
