Vaginal itch?

So I wanna talk about something that is not that serious, but I wanna know why anyway.

Every once in a while I get these strong, sudden tingles in my vaginal area (the insides). It certainly doesn’t have to do with me being aroused or not as it happens at random times. It goes away pretty quick, doesn’t hurt or burn. Though sometimes I experience problems in my other parts (it burns from time to time when I pee) which gets me thinking whether a UTI causes it. What do you think it is?

I am also a virgin if that helps.
