Confused

So... my husband and I are trying to conceive. Had a mc in 2014 but haven't been able to get pregnant since. Well, last month I started on provera for 10 days. 2 weeks after the last pill, I got my period. So, I took clomid 100 mg on cd 5-9. Period lasted for about 10 days (I have PCOS, fyi). 2 days after my period ended, I started getting positive opk. I got 4 in a row. Today, with a 5th positive opk, I decided to take a pregnancy test (cheap) and it immediately came up positive. I didn't feel as if it was accurate, so I got a clear blue pregnancy test which also came up positive immediately. I have also had what feels like right ovary pain that sometimes radiates to my back above my hip. This pain has lasted for 2 days. So, what do you all think? Could I actually be pregnant or is it too early?
