Boyfriend troubles

Ok so my boyfriend has been up my ass about where I am and who I’m with and all that and says that I’m being suspicious when I don’t answer him with in 5-30 mins when I just don’t go on my phone a lot. He has my location and whenever I’m not home (even when I’m driving) he texts me constantly asking where I am. I don’t have a problem with him going out and I don’t do this to him then he tells me that “I know how he is with cheating” when he’s never been cheated on and I’ve never cheated on or will anyone then tells me that he “trusts me but...” which just shows he doesn’t. So I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or he’s just being overbearing? I’m 17 and he’s 18 btw.
