Pms vs pregnancy symptoms?

It’s so hard to differentiate them! I have all signs of pms every month, especially sore boobs. Every sign of pregnancy (except nausea), I have it every month. So how do I even compare? 😭 anyone had any experiences?

When I got pregnant I felt no different than I would if AF was starting. The typical pregnancy symptoms didn’t hit me until almost 10 weeks along

I got dizzy faint feeling. but mine ended in chemical so I'm out this month that's how I knew to test.

Because they are so similar it can be impossible to tell them apart until a missed period or positive test.
