Pregnancy ???

So I had my nexplanon removal in March 28 and same day I had sex ( unprotected) then I had like brown with red specs spotting 5 days later I was Nauseous , gassy , sore breast/ nipples , I threw up in my mouth a bit and when this app said my expected period was I had tested after 2 days it was negative then on April 2, 15,16,19 I had unprotected sex again so since then ive been having cramping that variates like its on the left then right then middle but it trinkles and definitely back pain and my boobs are very very sore and areola is darker my veins have became more visible in my body and I’m sure the test will come up negative I still haven’t had my period since a month pretty much after it I don’t know if I’m pregnant or not any tips ??
