11 days pp and bleeding????

So had my baby 11 days ago and my bleeding has been pretty minimal nothing crazy, but this evening I started having bright red blood and a couple clots. I can’t remember with my first if it is normal to go back and fourth from light to heavier bleeding. I’m not soaking through a pad an hour and I did more things around the house the last couple days including picking up my 2 year old a lot more so not sure if I just over doing it or if it’s just normal recovery from giving birth.
