Leaking boobs and pain during sex

Hi im new to posting in here. Can anyone shed any light on this. i am 10dpo today and yesterday 9dpo i was check my boobs when i notice yellow fluid coming out of my right boob so of course i check the other and the same happened. My nipples are really sensitive and today they have only just started to ache on the sides. They would normal be really sore before now. Me and DH had sex in the 9dpo and i was in bad pain felt like my cervix was swollen and sore. Did a test today negative! Any ideas?
