Leg cramps and knee pain

12 weeks and 5 days today. The last two nights at works I’ve been having cramps in my left calf but not the right. Then tonight I had to go to medical at work because the inside of my left knee kept hurting randomly. Couldn’t put weight on it or step up and down. They told me it was due to me being pregnant. That the hormones that relax your pelvic ligaments will also relax your ligaments everywhere else.

What do you think? Have you heard this from your doctors or experienced it? I’ve got an appointment soon so I can ask them.
