Ignorant friend

I get so irate but can't express it when my "friend" (who has had only one kid who is in jr high) comes over to my house and tries to give me so much stupid advice on parenting my twin infants. She hasn't a clue. Today she said, "Having twins is NO DIFFERENT than having one baby." Wtf. How would you reply? I was just dear in the headlights because that was the most ignorant thing I've heard in my life 😓.
