I’ve been asking my husband for the longest to go down on me but he won’t even before we was married. He loves when I blow him but he’s not willing to return the favor. How do I get him to go down?

Did he have a bad experience in the past?  I had a bad experience at 20, and it stuck with me until I was 32. Then one day I decided to just try it again with my wife. I no longer have issues. 
It’s a form of PTSD, and while you think (well, it’s just eating vagina, it’s not traumatic) Tell that to your brain. 
You won’t ever be able to force him. So you have 2 options. You can ask him and try and work with him (will take time). Or, you can follow everybody else’s advise and withhold oral on him, but at that point you’re just setting your relationship up for failure and you should just get out now. 
Men do have emotions. Just search these boards for women who can’t give oral for a number of reasons and everyone supports them in that decision. Same thing, just reversed and you immediately go on the attack.
