So I have this on my boob, to the left of my nipple, what do you guys think it is? Should i go to the doctor?

This isn’t a good picture to determine much but it really doesn’t look serious. 
Things to consider about skin lesions: 
How long have you had them? Anything more than 30 days or something that is changing means it’s time to see a doctor. 
Is it healing and then reopening? If yes, see a doctor. 
Are you aware of how you got it? I’ve been stabbed by my fair share of underwire bras that have broken during the day. These often leave a not so great looking wound.
Are you seriously concerned? If yes, see a doctor? 
Are you on any medications? Sometime these can extend healing time. 
Did you go visit Dr. Google? If yes, just stop. Whether you make an appointment with your doctor or not. Dr. Google is a big no.

It could be an ingrown hair I had one that looked like that. Put tea tree oil on it (I did a cotton ball socked in tea tree oil and taped it to the wound and it was gone overnight) it works wonders

kinda looks like a pimple or syst maybe id just waych it and see if it starts to heal if not then go to the doctor
