Delayed ejaculation

I'm having a problem so we can't have complete sex yet but I've tried blowjob and handjob for him, it takes us like 45mins, he is completely erected and he shakes sometimes so I'm like finally we are close but then it takes so long (like 5 mins) so I can't continue to handjob with the same speed and we get nothing at last.

Since we are in a ldr and we haven't been together for that long we've had sex for like 4-5 times: never worked. But when we do it over the phone he cums (takes us at least 30 mins). He's on depression pills, he says the depression pills has caused the delayed ejaculation. But I'm worried if he's just saying that to be nice or if I'm annoying him because when he shakes i think it means he's close to cuming but then it takes so long and my hand tires, I feel guilty.
