Idk how to kiss

Okay so when I was younger or whatever I used to tongue kiss people but as I’ve gotten older and stopped getting into relationships and getting into relationships with someone who attends the same places as me so I stopped kissing and now tongue kissing feels weird and any relationship I’ve been in I’ve never tongue kissed them and now I feel I never have a heated moment cause I don’t kiss correctly so can someone like explain how to tongue kiss lol
