My weight...advice?

I weigh 280lbs and I'm almost 6ft tall with broad shoulders. According to the "chart" (creates by a man btw) I should be 170lbs. My Dr say 170lbs would be with NO muscle and not idealistic for my frame. So now I'm on this journey to be 200lbs. I was 295lbs and lost 15lbs with seemingly no effort, but now that I'm TRYING nothing seems to work then I get upset/depressed and say f**k it, I'm gonna go get that Taco Bell then since I'm not losing weight anyway. I see lots of people who do amazingly with weight loss on here and I was wondering if I could have any advice? HOW DID YOU STOP EATING OUT??!! IT'S SO EASY!!!
