TMI question

I ovulated on CD20 I am currently on CD32, I have missed 2 days of my period, taken a pregnancy test but it’s obviously negative as it’s too soon after I ovulated to get a positive however today my vagina has been so uncomfortable/painful and I have had a heavy white discharge (which I never have) wondering if anyone has any ideas on if it’s a clue of pregnancy or just a clue my period is coming, this is only my 2nd cycle and haven’t had my period properly for 6years due to an implant?
