Pilll help

So basically I had to stop taking dianette on Sunday, it was my last pack, because of risk of blood clots. Although I have been given a new different contraceptive pill pack today 5 days after not taking pills , when do I start taking this?

Do I start a week after I took my last pack or now as its the first day ive bled even though I should have taken it a day after I finished my old ones??
