I'm 5 weeks + 3 days now and sooooo excited. I don't want to jinx it but wondered about all your opinions and thoughts...

I slowly leaked the information to people as soon as I found out lol I didn’t make a big social media announcement until about 10 weeks (which some people would still consider early).

I think it just depends on your preference. I told close family right away when we found out, I was about 5 weeks along. Currently I'm 13+3 weeks and still haven't announced my pregnancy to many people. I'd like to do a cute announcement I just don't know when yet. We've had quite a crazy couple months also though so I guess I'm kind of waiting for things to settle down a bit. However, with our first baby we told people right when we found out pretty much, I was 7 weeks along.

I think it completely depends on the situation. I would probably tell family and maybe one friend earlier than 12 weeks because I’d want their support if something went wrong anyway. However, for everyone else it would be after first trimester x
