I always take my birth control at 9am but I totally forgot this morning and took it just now at 12:55pm! Am I okay?

it’s definitely not good. if you’re on the combo pill, you aren’t seriously hurt by this but your effectiveness rate is probably 90%. but if you’re on the mini pill, less.
if you are having a hard time taking it at the same time in the morning, i strongly recommend switching to night time. the pill should be taken in a one hour window to play it super safe
