Help! Could I be pregnant?

I had sex on feb 8th, right in the middle of my cycle. We used a condom but it slipped slightly. My period for feb came 3 days late after a negative test. When it came it was heavy for a day or two but then got very light and stopped with pink discharge after 4 days, normally my periods last with red bleeding for at least 4 days followed by brown discharge for a few days.

Since then I’ve had 2 more periods that have followed the exact same pattern, heavy for a day or two, then very light and stopping, with some cramps and a few clots but maybe lighter than I’m used to.

I’ve had slightly increased urination, and my nipples look slightly darker with raised bumps that have a little white discharge coming from them when squeezed, just noticed this today as I’m on the last day of my “cycle”.

I have taken a total of 4 tests, 2 normal and 2 digital, all have been negative at what would be 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks, and 11 weeks. My stomach feels harder like a little bump just above my pelvic bone when standing but it goes away when lying down. I would be 12 weeks now.

Could I be pregnant or am I just being super stressed for no reason? Is it all in my head? I’m really nervous. 😣
