VVFL Help!

Currently 13 dpo, and my VVFLs are slowly darkening each day. My question is, when do I call my doctor? When the line is super visible or as soon as I see a faint line? I only have one ovary and tube so doctor will do ultrasound right away to make sure it’s not ectopic. Guess I’m kind of in shock. We’ve been TTC nearly a year and it just seems too good to be true so I don’t want to get my hopes up. Haven’t even shown these to my husband yet.
