Nausea...HELP!

I haven’t had a baby in 10yrs. I don’t remember feeling this awful! I had the best pregnancy with my 1st until I developed preeclampsia. This pregnancy is making me so sick. I haven’t eaten in two days and barely drank anything. Gimme all the advice you got! Thanks in advance!!!
