When can you ask?

I’ve been “talking” to this guy for about two months but we actually hung out for the first time about a month ago. I’ve seen him 8 times (I’ve kept count lmaooo) 
We get along well and I’m so comfortable with him! We’ve done everything but fuck at this point, but I am planning on fucking him soon. My question is, when is it ok to ask what we are? We’re a “thing” right now but I don’t want him to see other people while he’s talking to me which I’ve made clear and he’s ok with it. I just have trust issues and think he’s talking to other girls and that really bothers me! What should I do?

I mean I wouldn’t be in a hurry to make someone start a relationship with you.
if you’ve only hung out eight times then maybe you should hang out eight more times...
important questions ask when you’re dating someone  “what are you looking for in a partner?” “ are you looking to settle down anytime soon?” do you believe in monogamy?” do you have any plans for your future?”
if things are not falling into place naturally then you probably shouldn’t force a relationship out of it. 
for us we admitted to liking each other a lot, we had fun together, and then eventually decided we want to be a couple. I think that you can bring it up, just make sure you allow the other person to be honest, make sure they won’t feel bad if they aren’t ready to commit

Wellll trust issues is a big thing. If you already think he’s talking to other girls now what makes you think that you wouldn’t think that later if you date. Either you have proof or a gut feeling that he really is or it’s insecurity. You have to differentiate that first. I don’t recommend anyone who has trust issues get into a relationship until they at least start healing. Trust issues can turn a good person into a paranoid demon. I’ve had plenty experience with that, it’s the only thing that ruined some relationships.
