miscarried 4 weeks ago and still have constant positive pregnancy tests since. think my period might be starting today is that still possible?

Agreed. So many different stories. I only got my period about 8 weeks after the mc and BFN test about 7 weeks after! So 4 weeks is roughly about normal unfortunately 😒☹️ have you had a check up for left over tissue or your blood levels?

Bleeding is triggered by a drop in progesterone... if you have had 21 clear days of no bleeding after he miscarriage it’s classed as a period whether there is hcg in your system or not.. if there is hcg chances are there are some placenta cells hanging on which will clear out with the bleeding... either way with the drop in progesterone it is your body trying to normalise and re start your normal hormone cycles so fingers crossed you ovulate in the next 2 weeks :)

I got my period at 35HCG & I ovulated at about 20HCG. I was 6 weeks post miscarriage when I got my period. Everyone is different.

I had a MC on April 1st and my doctor told me that you won’t even ovulate UNLESS you don’t have anymore HCG in your system. I recently ovulated Tuesday. It took me 22 days after my MC to ovulate. My AF should come 2 weeks after which means in total it took me 5 1/2 weeks to have AF again

Yes! My period returned exactly 5weeks after my D&C; and I still had hcg 8weeks after. My second cycle returned 9weeks post D&C; and right before that is finally when my hcg went to 0

I've heard so many different stories about you can't ovulate with hcg in your system, but so many people have. it's frustrating! ovulation tests were positive for first 3 weeks, but pregnancy tests have been positive every day. hate not knowing what my body is doing x
