Prenatal vitamins Side-affects??? 🤨

So I’ve stared taking prenatal vitamins for about 2 and I keep getting the “pregnancy symptoms” ...sore Brest, heartburn, fatigue, nausea, peeing a lot...

We haven’t really stared trying yet. I’ve just been getting prepared (like I did with my first baby) although on our anniversary, April 18, we didn’t use a condom but he did pull out.

I do know that anything is possible (I already got pregnant first try with my first😬😳😱) so idk if I’m getting my hopes up/a little paranoid. Lol but I was just wondering if anyone else had this happen from taking prenatals before being pregnant?
