How To Shine In a Interview

Tomorrow I have a Interview for an emergency room technician position. I'm a certified medical assistant, working on obtaining my certification as a nurse aide, currently going to school for my associates in registered nursing, and hoping to take a free EMT class through our local fire department. I have very little work history, just my clinicals and a job as a patient care aide that didn't last but two months. I want to get this job, because my husband isn't working at the moment and we need an income. I'm willingly to work and learn the job. I'm just not a very good at interviewing. I want to make a good impression. Any advice on how to shine in this interview?
