Is it ever ok for men to use the women's bathroom

Does any of you ladies use the men's room, when the ladies room is full and you have to go? What about the men, do they just have to tough it out and hold it, or will you cut them some slack, I don't know, but if I have to go I'm using the men's room, who is with me???
