So confused! Please help!

Okay last week I was ovulating and for the past few months I have been taking prenatals, Thursday through Saturday I was in high for my ovulation test and then Sunday and Monday I was at peak we had sex everyday from Thursday to Monday. I have been taking these prenatals for a while and haven’t felt anything I take them with food every time I take it. It’s now Thursday and I have been super nauseous on and off all day since Tuesday and have slight lower back pains that come and go and subtle cramps but only on one side. Im on day 3 of post ovulation, is it to early to be feeling pregnancy symptoms? Could it be the prenatals I’m taking that is making me so nauseous that I’m about to throw up but don’t and can’t? I’m supposed to get my period may 6th.
