We are one week from the 12 week mark and I still don't really believe there is a baby in there! Even if my boobs are still sore and under my belly button is getting firmer and thicker! First scan/tests are in a week and a half!

I'm starting to feel like it's real because we began telling people. My "bump" (bloat?) changes drastically from day to day. Today I swear I look 5 months pregnant and yesterday there was nothing. Also felt nauseous today but it's starting to wane.

im 12w7d today and i have a tiny bump, baby will grow tremendously in the next 3/4 weeks, now that the body parts are done developing, the body will catch up to its head now .. so just hang in there .. although you shall have a tiny bump which may look like bloated ness once you hit the 12week = 3 month mark ..
