EARLIEST pregnancy symptoms?

Good morning! I am 5 days past ovulation and have been extremely dizzy! And to mention the nausea I’ve had in the car every morning. Driving gives me motion sickness which I’ve never experienced before especially while I’m driving myself. The dizziness has been crazy, I sit down and the world spins while sitting at my office desk, I’ve never experienced this in any other cycle.

Could this be my month? What were your earliest symptoms before you got that positive test? And tmi but my nipples are itchy as!
