"Dieting" while pregnant?
Anyone who started at a normal/healthy weight pre-pregnancy now dieting to keep the weight gain to a minimum? Have your doctors said anything negative about it?
I was on a strict diet for about 6 months prior to getting pregnant and went right from that to eating whatever I wanted and as much as I wanted so I've gained more than I'd like already (only 23 weeks).
I dont mean doing anything crazy, but I'm thinking of cutting down on carbs and sugar and coming up with a meal plan.
