PMS like cramps on and off 9 days before period is due.
has anyone experienced this? this is so unusual for me I only get really bad cramping like 24 hours before af is due. I started cramping 9 days before af and they stopped yesterday making it 3 days (9, 8, and 7 days before af) I've felt them in the lower uterus area on and off. it felt like PMS cramps but not as strong. is this implantation? I didn't notice any discharge. only other symptom I have is frequent need to urinate last few days.
