Could you get pregnant after your period?

My boyfriend never penetrated in me he barely touched my entrance with his tip and it hurt? We then used a condominium after that but never penetrated in me.He came in my panties near my pelvis area and I wiped it away with a tissue and slept with the same panties that night.we dry humped last week on April 15th and I’ve been experiencing very little upper back pain, stomach cramps that are very little and my breast hurt from time to time. I’m supposed to get my period by the end of this week or early next week.
