Anniversary ideas

Ladies I need help. Me and hubby have our 1 year anniversary at the end of July (26 to be exact). I want to plan something to do. But I need ideas. Won’t have that big of a budget and we have a baby girl who will be 8 months then, she’ll be staying with in-laws but I don’t want to be gone longer than a week.

I don’t know what to do. I’ve thought about just getting a hotel room for a few days but I want to do more then that. We live in western Kentucky if that helps.
