pregnant and nervous
so I finally get pregnant after a year of trying and with only one fallopian tube and now I'm constantly nervous I'm going to miscarry. I was never like this with my first child but this time I am a wreck. I had am ultrasound and they said the heartbeat was slower which isn't a good sign. has anyone ever been through this and have any suggestions?
