Jump starting weightloss
Okay i know fad diets are not the way to go, but I kinda want to go keto for like the month of May to detox my body and start fresh but then adjust it to a minimal carb lifestyle. Does anyone have any experience or advice they would like to share! I am interested to see what others recommend and think! Thanks in advance!
