Second missed miscarriage...

I thought for sure it was rare for the first one but here I am going through it again. I have a 9 month old in between. I am so blessed to have her but man my heart hurts. I went in for a check up today and there was no heartbeat. The Dr took me in for an ultrasound and sure enough the baby was just there lifeless. I would be 13 weeks 2 days today but the baby measured 10 weeks 1 day. I am so devasted...I don't know what's going to happen next. Last time I had a D&E; I was 19 weeks. Thanks for letting me vent...
