What often do you change shampoo?

Whenever I buy shampoo( every 2ish months) I always buy a different brand or different type. I never bought the same thing back to back. Idk if that’s good for my hair or not but hairdresser says my hair is really healthy. This is what I use now and before this I was using dove.

I have a million different shampoos and conditioners i switch between. I use my expensive stuff and deep conditioners when i know I’m gonna blow dry and style my hair and i use the cheaper brands when i know ima just throw it up in a bun

I use different shampoo & conditioner depending on the season. When there is a switch in seasons it does a number on my skin & hair so i usually need something more moisturizing.

I often buy new shampoo and conditioner every month, I use the Sam brand just different scents. I think theres no problem in changing

I use different shampoo and conditioners if my hair dyed red or different color to save the color as long as possible!!! When I don't have any color in my hair I use hair repair & protect by Pantene and leave in conditioning cream every time since I was a teenager. I love dyeing my hair different color so I take step to protect my hair from everything I do to it!!!!!😁😁🤣🤣

Each time I buy, but go back to ones I liked before. I usually stick with the same conditioner though.

I change my shampoo as soon as I finish with it and sometimes 2 weeks before and use two different brands in the meantime but I'm always switching it up. To my surprise my hairdresser said my hair is healthy what I don't understand is why does my scalp get oily no matter what shampoo I use. I think it's just my skin type.

I have like 6 different shampoos and conditioner sets in my shower right now I just use a different kind every time I wash my hair lol but I'm obsessed with my hair so i use redken, it's a 10, tigi, and nexxus
