Interview Attire?

I have to pick out a new interview outfit and I'm so lost. It's just buisness casual and while I was wanting to go with just a long sleeved blouse with slacks.... the only slacks I could find above a size 8 looked like parachute pants, and the blouses fit poorly (big boob and arm problems yay). Is it weird to wear skinny jeans/linen pants for business casual? Or can I wear short sleeve? I mean it's 90°+ outside, but is that informal? But since it's hot is a blazer weird? Does a dress just make you look to thrown together?  hellllllp

I wouldn’t wear jeans for any sort of interview. 
If slacks don’t look good what about a work appropriate skirt?
I think a short sleeve blouse would be fine as long as it’s not sleeveless.

You can wear skinny pants (not jeans) and a short sleeve blouse, or 3/4 length. I wouldn’t do sleeveless for an interview. Any of those options you gave work! 
Wear heels if you can, look polished- hair nails makeup- and minimal jewelry. Doing those things are equally as important as clothing.

I like the second and third option. I have a tendency to sweat in the thighs, so make sure you're comfortable in a skirt in the heat if you choose that one. I also like the option of a jacket. You can wear a light and breezy top and then put the jacket on when you get inside. Good look on the interview!

Based on these options I would wear the pants in picture two and the shirt in picture three with a blazer. Even better would be slim fitted slacks or a pencil skirt, with a blouse tucked in and a blazer. Don’t wear anything see through, sparkly or with over the top prints like in the photos! Also don’t wear excessive jewelry (picture two is a good example of too much jewellery). Keep your makeup simple and your hair back. Make sure your comfortable in the clothing as well.

Generally you do wear a jacket/blazer to interviews no matter what the weather. The second or third pictures here look good.

Good rule of thumb : for an interview dress one step above the job's dress code. So definitely no jeans, this also means dress would be perfectly acceptable. Good luck!
