Weight Loss!!! Any Advice welcome!
I'm 19, about 5'1 and about 180 lbs. At the moment I don't exercise &eat; whatever, whenever. But I'm wanting to do a complete change in my lifestyle within the next week or two. I can't afford a gym membership right this second but I will get one as soon as possible! So my question is, what exercises can I do at home that work the best, and healthy recipes! (I'm not a great cook, so no complex recipes please) I'm ready to be as healthy as possible for myself and my family. Thanks in advance!
