So confused 😓?!?!

My period is late and I have been taking pregnancy tests everyday since the day before my period was supposed to start. All of them come out to be negative. I'm normally never late so I don't know what to think.. I've already had three miscarriages and if i am pregnant I would like to know now instead of later... I had spotting the 18th and I think it was implantation bleeding. My nipples are darker and kind of puffy and my boobs are fuller. I'm extremely moody and I have been eating non stop. All the same symptoms as the other pregnancies. Someone please tell me what the hell is going on before I lose my mind...
